Suraksha – A Holistic Shelter for Women

Suraksha, the first and fundamental project of Abalashrama, means "safety." It goes beyond providing shelter; it offers emotional healing and life rebuilding for women in need.

• 1.Support & Healing: Professional counselors help women overcome emotional trauma, while Ashram elders guide them toward a stable future.
• 2.Education & Skills: Based on her background, she can continue education or join the Multi-Skill Development Centre for vocational training, including cooking.
• 3.Legal Assistance: Expert lawyers assist with legal issues, ensuring a secure path forward.
• 4.Community & Independence: Women find not just a home, but a supportive family, helping them become self-sufficient contributors to society.

Nandana Suraksha extends this support to mothers with children, offering shelter until they achieve economic stability or find a secure future.
