In 2012, Abalashrama decided to launch a new project: a well-equipped Library to serve the needs of homemakers, students pursuing higher studies, and research scholars.
The plan for the library includes:
Establishing a library with its own unique approach and resources.
The library's material (such as periodicals, books, etc.) will predominantly focus on women-oriented themes, making it a THEMATIC Library.
To cater to homemakers who have leisure time in the late morning, the library will source magazines, periodicals, and other reading materials that align with their interests.
To encourage the research mindset in the educated youth, the library will also include subjects of universal importance, broadening its scope to attract young learners and researchers.
