Chakkere Puttamade Gowda (C. P.) Yogeshwara, born on August 29, 1963, is an Indian politician and former actor hailing from Karnataka, specifically the Channapatna region in Ramanagara district. His career spans diverse roles across Karnataka's political landscape as well as the Kannada film industry. Yogeshwara completed a Bachelor of Science degree from V.V. Puram College in Bangalore, and he began his professional journey as an actor, eventually earning recognition in Kannada cinema for his roles in movies like Utthara Druvadind Dakshina Druvaku, Badhri, Kambalahalli, and Sainika. His last known role was in the movie Attahasa, where he portrayed a police officer in a film about the infamous bandit Veerappan.
