1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the delivered items are defective.

To claim a return or exchange, an unboxing video is required.

The item must be:

- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

- In the same condition as when received.

- In its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns must be initiated within 1 day from the date of delivery.

NO refunds will be provided; only exchange is possible.

- Sarees that have been altered or used in any way.

3. How to Initiate a Return
